Due to the nature of our products, Orange County Cannabis Co. does not accept returns or offer exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order with your name, order number or reciept, and a description of the issue.
Addressing Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:
If the received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Orange County Cannabis Co. may, at its sole discretion, offer to replace the item or issue a refund. Please note that we may require photo evidence of the damage or issue before proceeding further. Any claims made after 72 hours of receiving the order cannot be considered.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds for valid claims will be processed, and a cash refund will be returned to you. Please allow for a processing time of 7-10 business days. We will notify you once we have received your claim and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
